Shanxi Wenxi Yinguang Magnesium Industry Group was founded in 1988. It is a private joint-stock enterprise that integrates mining, original magnesium smelting, and deep processing of magnesium alloys. It has been the vice chairman unit of the Magnesium Industry Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association for multiple consecutive years, a national magnesium and magnesium alloy industry base, a national high-tech enterprise, and one of the top 100 potential development enterprises in Shanxi Province. In 2008, Shanxi Yinguang Huasheng Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. was registered and established with the advantageous assets of the group. The company has 11 subsidiaries, covering an area of over 2000 acres, with more than 3000 employees and total assets of 1.2 billion yuan. It has an annual production capacity of 100000 tons of raw magnesium, 30000 tons of magnesium alloy, and 20000 tons of magnesium deep processing products. The comprehensive strength of the enterprise has consistently ranked first in the same industry in China.  

In recent years, the company has been committed to the research and production of magnesium alloy deep processing products, based on the development concept of "technology leading, innovation and creation, fine management, and brand building", relying on the Silver Light Technology Industrial Park, and aiming to expand the application of high-speed rail, automotive, electronic information, military aviation and aerospace. It has achieved the transformation and leapfrog development of Silver Light Group. At present, all seven deep processing production lines representing the development direction of China's magnesium industry have achieved industrial production (including die-casting, extrusion, forging, rolling, casting and other full industry chains), forming a complete and technologically complete magnesium deep processing system, becoming the largest and most comprehensive deep processing enterprise in the national magnesium industry, and playing a demonstration and driving role in the transformation and upgrading of the magnesium industry in the city, province and even the whole country. At the same time, the company has also passed various international standards, national military standards, confidentiality and other certifications, forming a relatively complete quality management system.  

Yinguang Group currently has two national level technology innovation platforms, one is the only national level enterprise technology center in China's magnesium industry, and the other is the national and local joint engineering research center for key process technology of magnesium alloys. In order to increase the technological innovation efforts of enterprises and promote the pace of innovation and creation, the company has established long-term cooperative relationships with more than 20 universities including the Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Chongqing University, Northeastern University, Central South University, and North University of China. Through the cooperation of industry, academia, research and application, we have successively undertaken more than 20 national "863", "973" and science and technology support projects, national defense and military industry plans, and obtained more than 30 patents. Our products involve national defense and military industry, aerospace, automotive, high-speed rail, electronic information and other fields, making positive contributions to the country's national defense construction and major engineering construction.
